These terms ("Terms") apply to all products and services we or our Partners provide. Additional terms from our Partners may also apply.
By signing the Order Form, you agree to these Terms, forming a binding contract between you and us.

Your contract with us starts when we accept your signed Order Form. If we cannot accept it, we will inform you without any charges.
We ask that you maintain a positive attitude and stay focused on solutions. Do not contact clients outside approved groups set up by Ítala Veloso.
Strict Confidentiality: All materials, notes, and sessions are strictly confidential. Sharing any materials without consent may result in immediate termination of the contract and legal action.
No Recordings: Unauthorized audio, video, or photo recordings are not allowed.
For promotional purposes, we may take photos or recordings of our events. By joining, you consent to this use without compensation.
We will provide products and services as scheduled unless unforeseen events cause delays. If delays occur, we will contact you and work to minimize the impact.
You may need to provide us with specific information for service delivery. Failure to provide such information may result in delays or additional charges.
Partners may offer additional services ("Excluded Services") independently from us. We are not liable for these services, and you accept them at your own risk.
You must pay the agreed amount in full or in installments as specified in the Order Form. Payments should be made as instructed, and if payments are late, we may charge interest or revoke access to services.
You may end the contract if:
Important: Certain products, like digital downloads, cannot be refunded once accessed. To cancel, contact us by email or mail with your details. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
If you are a business, you must notify us within 7 days if you wish to end the contract. Refunds may be given for services not yet provided, minus any processing costs.
We may end the contract if you fail to make payments or if your actions breach these Terms.
We reserve the right to remove any client from a program if deemed unsuitable. Refunds for any unused services will be processed within 30 days.
For consumers, we are not liable for commercial or business losses. For businesses, our liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous year. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or technical issues.
Results may not be typical nor expected for every person. This is not a "get healed quick, nor a get results quick" scheme. All information provided is for educational purposes only. Individual results will vary greatly according to effort, determination, hard work, accountability and ability to follow guidance.
We do not provide financial, legal, or accounting advice. You accept full responsibility for your decisions made after participating in our events.
No refunds are available for digital downloads once accessed. Sharing or reproducing content without our permission is prohibited.
