Ítala Veloso is a Santomean-Portuguese Black African Woman. A child of God, currently living in the UK, Coventry and an advocate for peace, love, faith and growth. Speaks both Portuguese and English, which means all her services can be delivered in each of these languages.
A passionate purpose-driven life coach, mentor, motivational speaker, writer, and poet whose work empowers women and men to break through and break free from road and mind blocks, emotional wounds, trauma, and self-limiting beliefs. With a BSc in Food Engineering, an MSc in Public Health, and nearly 6 years of experience in Food Regulatory Affairs. In addition, Ítala is certified in Life Coaching, and a Mental Health First Aider. Ítala Veloso brings a unique, holistic approach to life coaching. Channeling her many gifts into her words, both spoken and written, much like her coaching, opens pathways to deep self-awareness, inner peace, and action plan and steps. Allowing you to break free from old patterns and step into your true, authentic, awakened, empowered self.
